Booking
Bookings are not confirmed until a 50% deposit has been received and a confirmation email is sent. Please communicate at the time of your booking for any dietary requirements. The full amount for your reservation must be paid at least seven days before your event.
Cancellation Policy
Your reservation can be cancelled or rescheduled should your plans change; however, we request that you do so at least seven days or more in advance so we can plan accordingly. The full amount paid will be refunded minus a £10 administration fee.
If we receive a cancellation seven days or less before the event, the full amount will be non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation, or drop in numbers, received less than seven days of the reservation date, the full booking fee will be charged.
Other Notices
A maximum of twelve guests around a shared table. Our philosophy is to create lasting memories which is the best way to be happy and to make new friends in the process.
You can experience different menu choices from around the world in our themed events, using fresh produce, meat and fish in season. You won’t find us using strawberries in December.
We believe in using the finest ingredients sourced locally where possible. We pride ourselves on delivering deliciously prepared home cooked food in our unique dining area on a Friday and Saturday evening or a Sunday lunchtime.
We are happy to create bespoke menus up to six courses.
If you prefer a more intimate dining experience we can offer this for a minimum of six people. If less than six we apply a surcharge. We do this to minimise food waste and maximise efficiency.
Please note that a small cakeage fee applies for any celebratory cakes being brought in for your event. In addition, if you decide not to have the dessert on the set menu and bring in your own celebration cake instead, the full amount for the dessert course on the set menu will still be charged. This is because we have accounted for the cost of the dessert in their pricing and preparing the meal for your party. Bringing in your own dessert does not exempt you from paying for the dessert course on the set menu. Thank you for your understanding!
We are not licensed to sell alcohol so please feel free to bring your own. We provide chilled tap water & Ice.
We provide everything you need, and we can keep your drinks chilled for you in the fridge.
Please be aware we prepare all our dishes in our domestic kitchen so we can not guarantee that we are 100% nut free.
We can cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Please inform us at time of booking if you have your dietary requirements.
